My classes are an expression of my passion, love and devotion to the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda (Yoga’s sister science). My emphasis is on complete health and wellbeing. I take a foundational approach to both Yoga asana (poses) and Ayurvedic lifestyle — meeting people where they are — both physically and emotionally.

I offer weekly Yoga classes, private sessions, as well as health coach consultations and monthly workshops. Yoga is a wonderful practice that goes far deeper than just the poses. It embraces and unites your mind, body and spirit, creating inner peace, vitality and joy.

I began my journey on the path of yoga in 1992 when I first attended an Ashtanga yoga class in San Francisco. Since that day I have cultivated and nurtured within myself a lifestyle that incorporates this beautiful wisdom. I studied yoga therapy with Janice Gates in 2002 and again in 2005 with T.K.V. Desikachar. And through my deep belief and love for the practice I went on to become certified in Heart of Hatha Yoga with Amanda Dozal in Grass Valley, CA. I then furthered my education by studying Ayurveda at the CA College of Ayurveda. Becoming a certified Ayurvedic Health Educator and Practicioner in 2015. In 2018 I became a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach through the Shakti School of Ayurveda. My deep understanding of Yoga and Ayurveda has lead me on my own path to healing and I deeply want to share my realized knowledge of this healing modality with others. Health and wellbeing is a lifestyle and this path does lead to true inner peace, happiness, joy and absolute freedom. All it takes is taking the step and loving yourself.
