Changing Our Relationship With Food

The second in a series of Ayurvedic workshops. What is a healthy diet? We will explore some of our beliefs around food and common myths about food, learning what it really means to eat healthy. We will discuss ways to increase your digestive fire and sustain healthy digestion. We will go into different herbs to cook with as well as food combining. Exploring practices around food preparation and enjoyment that truly promote good health balancing your body, mind and spirit.

This workshop is a fantastic start to the Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse workshop coming in April.

Cost: $10.00

Ayurvedic Foods and Practices for Winter

This is going to be the first in a series of workshops on Ayurvedic practices. We will have a 1hr discussion on foods to eat during winter to balance the body and boost the immune system. The class will include some Ayurvedic recipes, herbs for winter and a few Ayurvedic practices to keep you warm and moist.

Cost is $10.00
