This is going to be the first in a series of workshops on Ayurvedic practices. We will have a 1hr discussion on foods to eat during winter to balance the body and boost the immune system. The class will include some Ayurvedic recipes, herbs for winter and a few Ayurvedic practices to keep you warm and moist.
